By using our Services to set up AI agents, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms and privacy policies of all third-party platforms
Data processed by AI agents may be subject to the privacy policies of the underlying AI model providers
We are not responsible for any data breaches, security incidents, or privacy violations that occur within third-party platforms
You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI agents complies with applicable laws and regulations
10. AI AGENT SETUP SERVICES — SPECIFIC TERMS
When you engage us to set up AI agents (including Clawdbot, OpenClaw, or similar technologies), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
10.1 Access and Credentials You may be required to provide us with access to your systems, accounts, API keys, and other credentials. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal authority to grant such access, revoking or rotating credentials after service completion if desired, and maintaining the security of your own systems and credentials.
10.2 Data Processed by AI Agents Once set up, AI agents may process, store, or transmit data on your behalf. You acknowledge that you are the data controller for any personal data processed by AI agents you deploy, you are responsible for ensuring appropriate consents and legal bases, we are not responsible for how you use AI agents after setup is complete, and data processed may be transmitted to third-party AI providers.
10.3 Security Responsibility While we implement best practices during setup, you acknowledge that no system is 100% secure, you are responsible for ongoing security maintenance after handover, you should implement appropriate access controls and monitoring, and we are not liable for security incidents occurring after service completion.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DISCLAIMER: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selr AI, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or any data breaches, security incidents, or privacy violations related to AI agents or third-party platforms.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Selr AI, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, your violation of this Privacy Policy or any applicable laws, your use or misuse of AI agents after setup, any data breaches or security incidents caused by your actions or negligence, and any claims by third parties related to data you process using AI agents.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including Australia and the United States. By using our Services, you consent to such transfers.
