Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from hiring a freelancer?

Freelancers come untrained and disappear between projects. Our developers are certified through our 12-week program, placed with you full-time, and supported by our team. If there's ever an issue, you come to us — we handle it.

What if the developer isn't the right fit?

We replace them at no extra cost. Our goal is a long-term successful placement. If the first match doesn't work for any reason, we'll find someone who does. No additional fees, no awkward conversations — we handle it.

How many hours per week do I get?

Full-time dedicated capacity — typically 40 hours per week. They work your hours, on your priorities, as a member of your team. You direct the work, we ensure the quality.

What tools and platforms can they work with?

All developers are certified in n8n, plus trained on Make, Airtable, GoHighLevel, and common APIs. If you use specific tools, let us know during matching — we'll ensure compatibility or train them up.

What's the minimum commitment?

Month-to-month. We recommend at least 3 months to see real results, but there's no lock-in. You can pause or exit anytime with 30 days notice.
