The platform now runs 24 hours a day, eliminates over 20 hours of admin each day, and delivers a seamless customer experience through SMS and email. No apps needed. Since implementation, conversion rates have increased by over 50 percent. The client has remained on a monthly retainer for over two years due to the efficiency and commercial results.
