The challenge
Eight departments worked across nine core systems, and every part of the install had to run in a web browser.
Monday held the work, Microsoft 365 held the documents, Xero ran finance and Klaviyo ran member email. Clubware handled memberships, Retail Express handled retail, Phocas handled reporting, Debit Success handled billing and GymSales handled the member pipeline. Seven of eight respondents ranked Monday automation as their top pain. All eight flagged end-of-month reporting across several systems. World Gym's IT policy blocked desktop AI tools, so everything had to work in the browser.
