Working Capital Finance
Working Capital Finance helps smash repairers get paid in days rather than months by buying the invoices insurers owe them. One of Australia's largest invoice financiers, WCF runs three brands through a bespoke factoring platform, with processing teams in Sydney and Manila.

6 Months
How Working Capital Finance handled 15,000 more invoices a year with the same processing team.
The challenge
Every invoice was handled by hand. Processing more meant hiring more.
Staff cleaned and assembled document packs, stamped every page to secure WCF's first-ranking legal claim, matched each invoice to its repair authority and entered the data into SmashTick. It added up to an estimated 200 staff-hours every month. More volume meant more people doing the same repetitive work.

The approach
Selr AI built one invoice pipeline for all three finance brands.
The pipeline checks each mailbox every 60 seconds, orders the attachments, reads more than 15 invoice fields and matches each invoice to its repair authority. Every page gets the correct legal stamp, then the record enters SmashTick while a daily reconciliation checks that nothing was missed. The manual package is prepared without the team assembling it invoice by invoice.

The Results
When annual invoice volume rose from 12,000 to 27,000, the same processing team handled the additional 15,000 invoices without adding headcount.
15,000 additional invoices a year, handled by the same processing team
7,127 production runs in 14 days with zero recorded failures
$137M in combined annual factoring turnover moving through one pipeline across three brands
Around 200 staff-hours of manual document handling removed each month
A new invoice mailbox added end to end in five days, stamping included
"The Manila Team firmly believe the AI is helping them handle the overnight doubling of our invoice volumes."
