• Work orders processed entirely by hand with no automation in place • Material allocation tracked manually, with no central system • Reconciling job data required pulling from Field Insight, Xero and Outlook separately • Project back costing consistently delayed due to fragmented data • Client and site notifications were disjointed with no automated system to keep stakeholders informed • Growing compliance risk from human error in job reporting and documentation
We mapped the full admin stack before building a single workflow. The real problem wasn't any one tool — it was the number of systems that didn't talk to each other. We built targeted automation modules to close each gap: DOC-GEN for automatic document generation, QA-SENSE for intelligent job card validation, RETARGET-SMS for client and site notifications, and DASH-LITE to centralise project costing data. Each module tackles a specific operational pain point without requiring Ben and Michael's team to change how they work.

• Estimation, quote and completion documents now generated automatically via DOC-GEN • Job card validation active through QA-SENSE, reducing compliance risk across all job sites • Automated client and site notifications live via RETARGET-SMS • Project costing dashboard (DASH-LITE) built and running in n8n, with ongoing development • Claim summary document module underway as a new task extension
Fire protection is compliance-heavy by nature, and every admin error carries real risk. What Selr AI built for Wet & Dry isn't just a time-saving exercise — it's a layer of reliability baked into their operation. Core document generation and client notifications are live. The costing dashboard is progressing in the background. As Ben and Michael's team completes testing, the full operational impact will become clear. Their job is keeping people safe. Ours was making sure the systems never slow that down.
Next projects.
