• No structured system for capturing or managing inbound leads • Enquiries arriving through scattered channels with no central point to track or follow up • Jakk handling all calls, messages and booking requests personally while on the tools • Manual scheduling consuming significant owner/operator time every week • No paid advertising — growth relied entirely on word of mouth and referrals • Slow response times meant leads were falling through the cracks and going elsewhere
In just over five weeks, we built the full digital foundation JK Concreting needed to start scaling. That meant custom lead capture forms wired into GHL CRM, automated follow-up sequences triggered on every new submission, and an online booking calendar that handles confirmation and reminders without any manual back-and-forth. On the advertising side, we built out Meta and Google Ads campaigns targeting Central Queensland homeowners and builders — creative, audience targeting, ad copy, and conversion-ready landing page alignment, all prepared and ready for deployment.

• Lead capture system live with automated follow-up sequences and real-time team notifications on every enquiry • Online booking calendar embedded and automated — no manual appointment setting required • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) fully built with local audience targeting for Central QLD • Google Ads search campaign prepared, targeting high-intent keywords like 'concreters Yeppoon' and 'flooring contractors Central QLD' • Complete digital infrastructure delivered, tested and handed over within 5 weeks, 2 days
JK Concreting is a great example of what a focused, short-engagement build can do for a trade business. In five weeks, Jakk went from no systems to a fully operational lead capture and booking infrastructure — with ad campaigns built and ready to drive traffic the moment he's ready to launch. The foundation is there. The next phase is Jakk re-engaging for ongoing ads management, which will take everything that's been built and put it to work generating consistent, qualified leads across Central Queensland.
Next projects.
