Your whole team in the room, laptops open. The full setup goes onto every machine, and the team spends the day building on their real work, not sample exercises. At least 3 custom builds are done live on the day, against the workflows your business actually runs.

03 The handover

Yours to keep

Every team member walks out with the setup running on their machine. You get the full handover pack: the repos, every skill and workflow, plain English step-by-step guides, and recordings of the day. From there you own it and run it. No retainer, no monthly bill from Selr.
