These terms govern your use of selrai.com.au, workshop.selrai.com.au, and any Selr AI workshop, course, placement, or service you purchase. By booking or registering, you agree to them.
Workshop seats are non-refundable once booked but fully transferable to another date or another person with at least 3 days notice. Online course access is lifetime for the tier you purchase.
Placement agreements are month-to-month after the $15K setup. Either side can end the engagement with 30 days notice. Setup fee is non-refundable once the placement has started.
Scoped per engagement. Full terms provided in your statement of work. 50% deposit due on signing, balance on completion.
You own everything built or installed on your accounts during a workshop, placement, or build. We own our proprietary prompts, skills, training materials, and the underlying methodology. You can use everything we teach you forever; you can't repackage and resell our course or materials.
We provide workshops and systems in good faith. We can't guarantee specific business outcomes. Our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement.
