On-site install

We come to you. One full day. Whole team trained on real work.

Remote install

Pre-built for your stack. Installed over two calls.

We pre-build the system for your stack before Call 1. Call 1 (2 hours) we install on your machines, connect your tools, walk you through the agents, and you use it on real work. Call 2 a week later we tune and lock in the handover.

We scope and pre-build

Quick scoping call to confirm your tools and team. We build the connections to your software (CRM, accounting, job-management, data) and prep your custom skills. By the time we install, the system is ready, not built from scratch.

We install and train with you

Luke and Harvey deliver it. We install, connect to your tools, walk your team through the system, and you use it on real work before we wrap.

Full handover. The agents, the skills, the connections, the dashboard, the playbooks, all yours. No retainer, no subscription. You can come back for more work, but you don't have to.

Your two calls

  • Call 1 · 2hrs Live with Luke + Harvey. Install on your machines. Connect to your tools. Walk through the agents and skill library. You use it on real work before we hang up.
  • Between · ~1 week The system runs in your business on real jobs. You note what works, what's rough.
  • Call 2 · 1hr One week later. We tune what's rough, extend what's earning its keep, lock in the handover. Then it's yours.
